It also exists to provide information and resources for team members to become fitter and smarter athletes, and to gain the motivation and determination necessary to becoming better competitors and teammates.

Pinsent versus Cracknell - erg surge

  1. I'm supposed to do some light cardio and then a spinning class. But my friend wants to go sledding instead of the light cardio. Either way I'll be doing a spinning class at some point. Probably followed by some heaving petting.

Today I did 25 min of long intervals on the treadmill (sprinting 7 min moderate running 3 min) and then after being kicked off by some guy who claimed he had signed up for my time slot I migrated over to the exercise bike and did a hill climb for 12 min (It was a steep hill) and then did a quick couple of circuit of air squats, jumpies walking lunges and pushups.
